Protecting Your Car, Truck, or SUV
Your Tow Force driver is trained and certified to ensure safe, damage-free loading, unloading, and transport. Many vehicles, including lowered, raised, electric, customs, classics, and antiques, require special precautions to prevent damage during loading and unloading. When you schedule your vehicle for transport, you’ll talk with a certified tow driver so we can determine if any special equipment is needed and ensure it’s onboard for your tow.
These are just a few examples of the types of special equipment we routinely use.
- Collins carrier dollies for touchless-towing. Collins carrier dollies are placed under each wheel to gently raise your vehicle and enable us to load and unload it on our flatbed tow truck without touching it.
- Tow Straps. Suppose your vehicle has a painted or treated undercarriage. If we are not using Collins carrier dollies, we loop a sturdy tow strap around the tow point to secure the undercarriage (instead of hooks and chains).
- Skates make it easy to move a vehicle missing a wheel.
- Race ramps create a gentle slope to load/unload lowered vehicles without scratching their bumpers or undercarriage.

When Will My Vehicle Be Picked Up?
You let us know a convenient pickup time. We will schedule our arrival as close to that as possible.
Does Someone Need to be Present for Pick Up and Delivery
Although it’s helpful to have the customer present at pickup and delivery, it’s not necessary. You can hide the keys somewhere, and we can safely load your vehicle and get it to where it needs to go. If you are not present, clear instructions for pick up and delivery help ensure that all goes smoothly on both ends.
